Energy transition in reverse

These photos show which forms of energy were used in the past. Much was still done manually at the time. The current energy transition aims to make less use of fossil fuels such as nuclear energy and gas and more of sustainable energy solutions such as wind and solar. Can we also be innovative by looking back at the past ;-)?
